The professional pre-sales team conducts one-on-one communication, deeply understanding the customer's industry attributes, production scale, welding process and core pain points, and offers free on-site inspections, demand analysis and technical consultations. Based on the actual customer scenario, customized solutions for the entire SMT line and single machine equipment are provided, including equipment selection, layout planning, process optimization and other comprehensive suggestions. Free equipment demonstrations, detailed technical parameter explanations and industry case references are provided to assist customers in comparing and evaluating, clearly understanding the equipment compatibility and core advantages. At the same time, cost estimation and production capacity estimation services are offered to help customers reduce investment risks, achieve efficient and precise equipment procurement decisions, and lay a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.

有专业化服务意识的服务队伍，将不间断的与客户联系，让客户清楚的知道产品的完成进度。另外，本公司在严格按照合同条款的有关规定进行生产、交货，保证产品完好无损，并在规定的时间内送到客户要求的地点。
项目现场实施环境,客户可以直接向现场项目负责人员进行咨询或投诉，由其根据问题的性质判断是否可以在现场解决。如现场能成功解决该问题，则直接将处理结果答复给客戶。不适宜在现场解决的问题，则由其转交到客户服务响应中心，客户服务响应中心可以直接接收客戶以书面或电话形式提出的问题或由现场项目负 责人员转交的不适于在现场直接解决的问题，并进行判断属于何种性质的问题，同时提交相关部门进行处理。
售后服务
将客户要求免费提供技术指导、安装调试方法和注意事项，或直接提供安装服务。
产品在质保期（12个月）内，在正常的储运、保养、使用条件下，若有质量问题，负责免费修理或调换，并提供有关的保养维修知识；如因用户使用不当而引起阀门产品的损坏或工作不正常，本公司对产品提供有偿维修服务。不在质保期内的阀门产品，也将提供有偿维修服务。
我们在接到质量信息反馈时，将在24小时内提出处理意见，并做到100小时内赶到现场处理问题，待正常运转后，再分析原因，明确责任。
- 免费为售出的设备进行安装、调试。
- 免费培训买方技术人员。
- 在质保期内（壹年），除人为损坏及不可抗力因素外，设备自身出现质量问题，我公司承诺维修服务及材料费用全免。
- 我公司提供长期的技术支持，质保期外若需要卖方上门服务，则只收取成本费用（中国境内）。
- 我公司备有足够的易损件供应，买方如果要求订购备件，我公司能够及时提供。
